While the process varies depending on the specific needs of the client, a renovation consultant will typically create an action plan that includes a budget for the project and a prioritized list of needs and desires. The consultant will guide the client through the renovation process, helping them understand what to expect before, during, and after the project. The consultant may also serve as part of the renovation team, ensuring that communication, quality, and scheduling are maintained, and acting as an agent for the client.
