I love my new kitchen! From design to proposal, start to finish, the Rispoli crew was wonderful... always on time, respectful, and fun to work with. And the project came in on time.

Our custom home was built before we purchased it, meaning we didn't have much say in anything, but somehow Giuseppe captured exactly what we've been looking for in our forever home. All the way down to the small details, we can tell he put much thought into making this place stand out. He's also been very prompt and professional in answering all our questions and concerns during and after our purchase.

One year ago, we were living in Maryland very happily. Events then got us to thinking about moving back to the West Coast, which led us to start looking at housing options open to us in Southern Oregon. We looked at lots in different areas, talked to builders, looked at new construction and also preowned houses. While looking at all our choices we saw a design on the MLS that was designed by Rispoli Design & Build which intrigued us. We flew out to meet with Giuseppe and company and made the decision to put a down payment in escrow. We went back to Maryland, sold our house and moved across the U.S. We watched the house go up from the ground to the finish. We came to the site everyday to watch the progress. I am amazed at the excellent craftsmanship that goes into each detail. Giuseppe and company made the build FUN and always had a great attitude. Every single craftsman we had the privilege to talk to always spoke highly of Giuseppe and the other people they worked with. This was our 4th new construction and without a doubt the most rewarding emotionally and then most incredibly beautiful home. There isn't one thing I would change.

Where to start. I relocated to Southern Oregon with the idea that I'd buy an existing home and live happily ever after. I was introduced to Guiseppe and Erika Rispoli and never looked back. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with a first time home builder was extraordinary. They entertained my hairbrained schemes, gently nudged me back to reality, and came up with a home design that I never knew I needed. There were bumps along the way, but having watched my parents build a home, I knew that this might happen. The difference was that we could talk about the challenges and changes, and continue to not only respect each other as people, but have a lasting friendship grow out if it. We closed on our beautiful new forever home today, and I feel like I'm in a dream. I loved working with Giuseppe. He not only listened to what I really wanted, he--after really respectfully asking if I wanted it--gave me his viewpoints and options, always making sure I was in control of what I decided upon. He is gracious, and his attention to detail was impressive. Most of all, his work is, IMO, the absolute best in the valley. From start to finish, he concentrates on quality. The prices he gave me were stellar considering the quality of work and finishes I was offered.

This year my husband and I took the plunge, sold our old home, and had a new one built for us in West Medford. That kind of thing is inherently stressful, but Giuseppe Rispoli made the new construction part of the process a lot easier for us to handle. We’ve heard nightmare stories about builders who are unresponsive and hard to reach when questions come up, but thankfully that was never the case with Giuseppe. It really did feel like a team effort to create a finished product that would meet our needs now and in the future, and we’ve always felt that Giuseppe genuinely wants to give us a home in which we’ll be happy for many years to come. We’ve been in the new place for two and a half months now and are really enjoying it; it’s beautiful, comfortable, and we couldn’t be happier.
