Before

After

Prior to the remodel, the kitchen had a soffit above the upper cabinetry which took up valuable potential storage space. The Kitchen had an old feeling and although a large kitchen it was not completely useful and a smart usage of space.

We first designed it, then we built it.

The new kitchen feels fresh and bright, and we managed to pack in more storage space.

To keep the room feeling warm and bright, the homeowner chose a herringbone pattern for the floors and a simple subway tile for the backsplash.

The cabinetry is Shaker style made from a local custom builder. One of the many comments we received from our customer was “it feels like a smart kitchen with a smart use of space.

We also changed all of the windows and added a french door which it completely changed the look of the kitchen. The island is bigger than before and now there is room for the whole family and friends.
