We made a trip out, put our down payment in escrow, went back to Maryland, sold our house and moved across the U.S. we watched the house go up from the ground up. Every single craftsman we had the privilege to talk to always spoke highly of Giuseppe and the other people they worked with. That kind of thing is inherently stressful, but Giuseppe Rispoli made the new construction part of the process a lot easier for us to handle. We’ve heard nightmare stories about builders who are unresponsive and hard to reach when questions come up, but thankfully that was never the case with Giuseppe. It really did feel like a team effort to create a finished product that would meet our needs now and in the future, and we’ve always felt that Giuseppe genuinely wants to give us a home in which we’ll be happy for many years to come. We’ve been in the new place for two and a half months now and are really enjoying it; it’s beautiful, comfortable, and we couldn’t be happier.
